I’ve never thought to myself, “what will tomorrow’s blog say?” It’s probably the reason I’ve always had trouble keeping one of these things going.
It’s strange, to me anyway, that I can discipline myself in many things, but others elude me so easily. I’ve found methods that work for my diet and exercise, but this blog thing I’ve always seemed to neglect with inane excuses. Most of which dance around the notion of not knowing what to write about. Which is bullshit. I can write about anything I want, it’s my space. I’m just afraid, or lazy.
I enjoy writing, even though I’m not the best at it. I would like to get better. That’s not going to happen if I don’t start somewhere. Today we begin. The evolution will be interesting.

Because when you start worrying about who’s listening, you start worrying about what you’re saying. And then you start trying to tailor that—no pun intended. It’s honestly, it’s a lot like politics. When you’re tailoring things in certain speeches and whatnot, it’s like you’re going to say this to this group, but this to the other. Fuck all that. I don’t have time for that.Corey Taylor
